Dr. Gwendolyn Thomas "rocked" the House at the Ghana Missions Benefit Concert at Regent University on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Her Song "Let Go and Let God Do It" ministered to the body of Christ. We didn't want to Let the song "GO". The crowd was still singing the song as she left the stage and it took minutes to get them to wind down to prepare to receive the next artist! It was such a spectacular display of God's glory through worship as she supported the cause to help Regent University students raise money to re-open a school in Ghana. May God bless her Ministry.

Gwen and I had the awesome opportunity of attending our very first praise and worship symposium together at West Angeles COGIC in the early 90's. After attending, we began developing a worship team at our church in Terre Haute, IN. We even wrote a couple of worship songs. Our practices were like attending a regularly scheduled worship service. Gwen expected excellence in all we did for God. She encouraged bible study, because she wanted us to know who we were singing and playing instruments about. Gwen is a true worshiper in every sense of the word. I have been inspired by her dedication to continue to create and share her worship with others around the world. I have recently been encouraged by her latest CD and I absolutely love the song, "Isn't it Funny?" It is my prayer that God continue to use her in a mighty way in His kingdom to draw others into a closer relationship with Him through her ability to teach about the true worship experience.

I had the privilege of meeting Gwen as a child. She was my youth choir director. I continued under her tutelage as a teen all the way through my college years as a member of our church choir and praise team. It is really hard to describe the value of her guidance and instruction on not only the acts of praise and worship but the example of a true worshipper. Those lessons I absorbed created a foundation for my life and are expressed in my ministry. She has enriched my life tremendously. I thank God for Gwen’s ministry towards me and am excited others will have the same opportunity to experience God through her just as I did!

I am so blessed to see the manifestation of God's awesomeness in Gwen's life!!! Having had the honor to serve with her in Worship was truly an experience in the Presence of God! Gwen demonstrates the keen sense of discerning and following the very heartbeat of God and leading the congregation right into His Throne Room! To listen to her original music and know that she's continuing to pursue the passion for leading others to that "Secret Place" is truly a blessing and I am looking forward to the greatness that I am certain is sure to come for Gwen!!

Many Blessings and Exceedingly & Abundantly MORE,

Gwen's CD is like my coffee in the morning. There are times in my life when I am going through a trial or tribulation and I need something to pick me up. I just listen to Gwen's music and I am back on my feet. One time I was going through a tough time, My day was full and I just felt I could not make it. I had Gwen's music downloaded on my car hard drive and it was on random. I just wanted to just stop, and the song "Tell Me When" came on and that was all I needed to complete my task for the day. Also, my mother is 83 years old and she is having health problems. Sometimes I get sad because I feel like I can't do anything because she lives in Florida. But Gwen's song about her mother reminds me that I should look at all the things she has taught me and how very blessed I am that she is still here with us. Gwen's music lifts me up when I am down, encourages me when I am weak, and makes me want to dance like David when I am slow. Thank You Gwen for words of ministry through your music and praises.
